We ship by tracked courier through Packlink PRO. At checkout, after entering your address, you see the carriers available for your destination with price and timing, and you choose.
For private customers, with the standard carrier, on orders from €79 (after any voucher).
Paid orders usually leave within 1 working day. With bank transfer the order leaves when payment reaches our account.
When the parcel ships you receive the tracking number and link by email.

Costs depend on destination, weight and size of the parcel and are always shown before payment, VAT included. Outside the European Union any local duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
On delivery
Check the parcel in front of the courier: if the packaging is damaged accept it “with reservation” and write to us within 48 hours with photos at PEC armas.srl@pec.it. We handle it with the carrier.
