Write to our PEC armas.srl@pec.it with:
- name, surname and order (or invoice) number;
- type of request: warranty, replacement (faulty on arrival, damaged or wrong), return, out-of-warranty repair or information;
- product and key (e.g. Manji M-20 in C);
- a description of the issue: hole or reed, blow or draw, since when; photos or a short video help.
We reply within 2 working days with a case number and instructions. Please do not send anything before receiving them.
Before writing about a note that doesn’t sound right, check the break-in advice: a new harmonica often just needs a few days.
