Do I need an account to buy?
You can fill your cart without an account; at checkout you create it on the same page with just one extra field.
I run a music shop: how do I get retailer prices?
Register on the Become a retailer page with VAT number, SDI code or PEC and company registration extract. After checking we activate your account.
How much is shipping and when does it arrive?
It depends on destination and weight: you see it at checkout before paying. In Italy it is free from €79. Details in Shipping and delivery.
How can I pay?
Card (also Apple Pay and Google Pay), PayPal and bank transfer. Details in Secure payments.
Which harmonica key should I choose?
For blues the most common starting key is C. To play with others choose the key of the song; in “second position” blues you need a harmonica a fourth above (e.g. song in G, harmonica in C).
Can I return a harmonica?
Only if still sealed, within 14 days, or if it has a manufacturing defect. See Right of withdrawal and Legal guarantee.

Do I get an invoice?
Yes, we issue an electronic invoice: enter your tax code at checkout or, if buying with a VAT number, your company details.
