2-year warranty
All instruments sold by Suzuki Music Italia are genuine and covered by a 24-month warranty from the delivery date for manufacturing and conformity defects. Keep your invoice or order confirmation: it is your proof of purchase.
- Reeds that are faulty, cracked or out of tune on arrival
- Defects in the comb, covers, slide mechanism (chromatics) and valves
- Electronic faults in the Omnichord and Hammond Melodions under normal use
- Keys, valves and airtightness of melodicas and Melodions
- Reeds that went out of tune or broke through improper use: blowing or drawing too hard, bends, overblows or overbends without breaking in
- Normal reed wear from use over time
- Oxidation or deposits from lack of cleaning, drops, impacts, liquids and heat
- Instruments opened, modified or repaired by third parties
For purchases with a VAT number (retailers and professionals) the warranty follows the Italian Civil Code rules on business-to-business sales: defects must be reported within 8 days of discovery.
Faulty, damaged or wrong product
Report it within 7 days of delivery: after inspection we replace the instrument with a new one and pay the shipping costs.
If the box is damaged accept the parcel “with reservation” and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the box and product: we handle the claim with the carrier.
If you received a different item or key from the one ordered, we replace it at our expense. Harmonicas must be returned still sealed.
During the warranty, if a manufacturing defect appears later, our workshop decides whether to repair the instrument (for example by replacing the reed plate) or replace it.
