This page contains the withdrawal information required by Arts. 49, 52–59 and Annex I of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), as amended by Legislative Decree 209/2025, and forms part of our Terms of sale.
Who it applies to. The right of withdrawal applies to consumers, i.e. people buying for purposes outside their business or profession. It does not apply to purchases with a VAT number (see Part II of the Terms of sale).
Withdraw online in two clicks
The button is also in your account, on each order page, throughout the withdrawal period. If you bought without an account, enter the order number and email used for the purchase.
How it works (Art. 54-bis Italian Consumer Code):
- press “Withdraw from contract here”;
- check the requested details: your name, the order number and the products you are withdrawing from, the email for the confirmation (pre-filled if you are signed in);
- press “Confirm withdrawal”.
We immediately email you an acknowledgement of receipt with the content of your statement and the date and time you sent it. Withdrawal is deemed exercised on the date you send it. If you do not receive the confirmation, check your spam folder or contact us.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered multiple goods in one order delivered separately, the period runs from the day you acquire physical possession of the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires, in one of these ways:
- with the online “Withdraw from contract here” function described above;
- by PEC to armas.srl@pec.it;
- by post to: ARMAS srl – Suzuki Music Italia, Via Carnazza, 81 – 95030 Tremestieri Etneo (CT) – Italy.
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired. If you use email or post, we will acknowledge receipt without delay.
Exceptions
Harmonicas and instruments played with the mouth: no withdrawal once opened.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery (Art. 59(1)(e) Italian Consumer Code). This includes harmonicas, melodica mouthpieces and tubes, recorders, whistles and other instruments played with the mouth, once the seal on the packaging has been removed or broken.
While the seal is intact you can withdraw normally. The legal guarantee and support for manufacturing defects always remain.
Withdrawal is also excluded for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised at your request (Art. 59(1)(c)).
You can use the withdrawal button for excluded products too: we will review your case and reply.
Effects of withdrawal – Refund
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used (card, PayPal, Klarna), unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; for bank transfers we refund to the IBAN you give us. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
If you used a discount voucher, we refund the amount actually paid; the voucher is considered used.
Returning the goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal, to:
ARMAS srl – Suzuki Music Italia, Via Carnazza, 81 – 95030 Tremestieri Etneo (CT) – Italy (unless the return instructions we send you give a different address).
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. We recommend tracked shipping and suitable packaging, with all accessories, documentation and, if possible, the original box.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods which by their nature cannot normally be returned by post (e.g. cellos, double basses, organs, amplifiers/speakers and other bulky instruments) the return cost is estimated at a maximum of can be high: on request we can give you a quote in advance through our shipping service.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Klarna “Pay in 3”
If you paid in instalments with Klarna, withdrawing from the sales contract also terminates the linked payment agreement: Klarna cancels or refunds the instalments under its terms, at no cost to you.
